CANCELLATION POLICY
Charlotte the Esti has the right to charge 50% of the service for any no-shows and will charge 35% of the service for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late without any notice, it will be considered a cancellation, and you will be charged, as it will interfere with the remaining clients’ appointments that are also scheduled that day.
